The country’s fastest growing accessible Oriental brand, CHOPSTIX Noodle Bar, is set to officially open its latest outlet within the island of Ireland’s first ever unmanned Emo Express fuel forecourt.

Representing the brand's 75th outlet, the new Chopstix store is located in the environs of Belfast International Airport beside Park and Fly on Airport Road and forms part of the brand new £3.5 million forecourt and retail development within Belfast International Airport.

Graham Keddie, Belfast International Airport Managing Director comments;

"Chopstix is now a well-established brand in Northern Ireland and we are delighted that they are part of the food offering at the new forecourt and retail development at Belfast International. The investment is most welcome and Chopstix gives more choice to those travelling through or passing by the airport."

Offering a range of freshly prepared and cooked Oriental fusion inspired chicken and vegetable dishes, served with rice or noodles, the brand represents a fresher, healthier alternative and with transactions typically taking less than 60 seconds, offers consumers one of the fastest services in the “food to go” market.

Max Hilton Jenvey, chief operating officer of Chopstix notes;

“In recent times, Chopstix has become increasingly visible in the country’s high streets and motorways, however as a relatively new brand, to be selected as part of the retail offering within the first ever unmanned Emo Express forecourt on the island of Ireland is very special for us, as it demonstrably underlines the increasing popularity of our brand.”

He adds; “We are especially pleased to open at this historic time for Belfast International itself, given that it is now on course to celebrate a record year, with annual passenger numbers set to reach 5.8m for the first time.”
