Paul has been a consultant since 1993 and during that time has worked with numerous clients both nationally and internationally, from one man bands to multi-nationals, across a large range of industry sectors.
Many clients are now very well established, with newer ones just starting their journey in franchising. Paul’s knowledge, his commitment to franchising and his ability to think laterally in seeing ways in which businesses can move forward, both in terms of franchising, and often in the business model itself, has added significant value.
He covers every aspect of franchise development, from the very first brainstorming meeting through to developing the necessary infrastructure elements for franchising, recruitment and rollout. He typically acts as a sounding board to clients as the franchise network develops, and on into the later stages of maturing the brand and seeking international franchise growth.
An avid ornithologist, Paul greatly enjoys the outdoor life and sharing it with others.
