The bfa Announces Upcoming Launch of Educational Video Leaders of Tomorrow

The British Franchise Association are delighted to announce the soon-to-be launched educational video named Leaders of Tomorrow. In collaboration with Online TV and Lloyds Bank, Leaders of Tomorrow aims to showcase franchising and the diverse systems on offer in 2019.

Featuring CEO of the bfa Pip Wilkins, and Franchise Manager of Lloyds Bank, Suki Dehal, filming took place in Oxford and Reading, with a number of bfa members participating in the video; o2, CEX, Kokoro, Creams, Anytime Fitness and Subway.

Leaders of Tomorrow was created with the aim of educating the younger generation on the franchising industry, and to display the breadth of businesses that use the franchise model in 2019. As the franchising industry continues to show growth, and the younger generation showing an increasing entrepreneurial spirit, it is critical for them to receive ethical and unbiased guidance in order to have a positive experience in franchising.

Pip Wilkins says, “It is clear that a younger audience is reaching franchising, as shown by the increase of under-30s becoming franchisees in the 2018 bfa NatWest Franchise Survey. We hope to provide support and guidance through this video to those who need it in their franchising journey, and hopefully inspire and spark interest in this ever-growing industry.”
