Blossom Home Care Franchising Ltd becomes member of BFA

Blossom Home Care Franchising Ltd has become a member of the British Franchise Association (BFA).

In the franchising world, being affiliated with the BFA is considered a coup for franchisors as the BFA takes responsibility for setting high-quality standards for franchising in the UK. They say, “The franchising industry has grown to provide fantastic opportunities to UK businesses and people eager to invest with franchise brands. The association delivers a globally leading education portfolio and provides a value-rich platform for franchisors, franchisees, and professional advisers to connect.”

Members of the BFA conduct themselves as per the BFA Code of Ethics, which is about being fair for both the franchisor and franchisee. It’s not a set of rules to follow, instead, it is a way of helping to balance the rights and obligations of franchisors and franchisees, their interests, and their risks and rewards.

John and Fiona Leggott, who own and run Blossom Home Care Ltd, have instilled strong values of just bloomin’ good care throughout the business and were keen to become members of the BFA as their values aligned.

John said, “We want to work with like-minded people, who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to the community and building a successful business. We’re all about being fair and taking bloomin’ good care of those we work with. Being members of the BFA is the accreditation we need to show our franchisees how serious about that we are.”
