The AbFabFit Club mission is to empower women to create lasting lifelong changes to their mind, body & health!

By focusing not only on exercise but also diet, nutrition, support and fun they are revolutionising the fitness industry.

AbFabFit Club was set up by Jaine Alderson in 2018. The 6 week ‘Fit & Fabulous Programme’ and was a fast success. Their members have achieved some phenomenal results.

Jaine contacted Ashtons Franchise in 2022 to begin franchising the business. Consultant Phil Mowat worked with her to develop the franchise proposition and the franchise was launched in 2023!

They have big plans to grow the brand and open even more locations throughout the UK.
