In Home Care

In Home Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency supporting elderly and disabled people in their own home.

Set up by Claire Simmons and Paul Reynolds in 2011, the main aim was to create consistent care that you would expect for yourself. Having recently cared for elderly relatives, both experienced care to be confusing and often inadequate.

Demand grew quickly and in 2018 they contacted Ashtons Franchise to talk about franchising the business. Ashtons consultant Richard Langrick worked with Claire and Paul during that year to help them get the business franchise ready and then for the launch.

With 8 locations (and counting), the business has really come a long way since its humble beginnings.
