My Window Cleaner is a true franchising success story!

It was founded in 1996 by Karen Prewer, simply because she found it difficult to find a reliable window cleaner. She thought that others must be in a similar situation, and she was certainly right given the growth of the business.

My Window Cleaner is now one of the leading franchise brands in the UK. The reasons behind this are two-fold:

Firstly – all operatives arrive in clearly liveried and professional vans, dressed in branded uniforms, and equipped with photo ID cards, providing a clear means of identification for easy recognition. They are all trained to very high standards in terms of service and health and safety.

Secondly – they invest in their franchisees. They do not just hand over a van and some cleaning materials – they provide systems, knowhow, support and decades of experience to run a profitable and successful business. They have achieved the coveted 5 star Franchisee Satisfaction Award from WorkBuzz a number of times.
