Plan Burrito opened their first location in Loughborough in 2015. Six months after the first opening demand was such that another location was opened in the same town to handle delivery services. Steve soon realised that franchising was the way to go in order to expand. He spent the following few years perfecting the processes, opening a pilot location and writing an Operations Manual.
Pausing there he realised that to take the business further he would need a franchise consultant to help him. He contacted Ashtons in 2022 and Charlie Dickson was enlisted to work with him on the franchise development programme.
