The Fruit and Veg Man

The Fruit and Veg Man was developed in 2020 during lockdown and demand was such that franchising seemed the obvious next step.

Founder of the business, Sanjay Roy, initially contacted Ashtons Franchise for help to franchise the business in 2021. However he was (politely) told that it was not ready for franchising. Armed with a few pointers on how to make it ready, he went away, made some changes and came back to us in 2022 raring and ready to go. Ashtons consultant Phil Mowat, worked closely with Sanjay on all aspects of the franchise development from the early feasibility study to recruitment and beyond.
