The National Franchise Exhibition at Birmingham NEC last month brought together hundreds of business owners and aspiring franchisors. They were all looking to learn more about expanding their businesses through franchising.

Franchising continues in popularity as a strategic path to business growth. The event was an ideal opportunity to see what works in the real world and gain insights from experienced professionals.

One of the highlights of the exhibition was a seminar led by our franchise consultant, Rob Hall, titled “The Twelve Golden Rules of Franchising a Business.” Rob shared actionable advice based on years of experience helping businesses evaluate, plan, and successfully launch franchise models. He covered every critical area – from building credibility and scalable systems to effective management, replicable processes, and long-term growth strategies.
