Rebecca Newenham - Franchise Consultant
After a successful career in corporate buying for retail head offices of Superdrug and then Sainsburys, Rebecca Newenham set out to grow and scale a business that worked for her and her family.
Rebecca founded outsourcing agency Get Ahead in 2010 and has built a thriving, award-winning global VA franchise business. A business mentor, franchise consultant and flexible working champion, Rebecca published her first business book, ‘Virtually Yours’ in 2020 and won the British Franchise Association Franchise Balance award in 2021.
Rebecca has a monthly column in Elite Franchise and loves nothing more than supporting business leaders to grow and scale their businesses through franchising to achieve the work life balance that they deserve. She joined the Ashtons team in a consulting capacity in November 2022.

In her spare time Rebecca can be found at her local gym at a boxing class, or walking her Australian labradoodle in the Surrey Hills, whilst also supporting her 3 daughters and husband!
