Just Clear was founded in 2007 by Brendan O’Shea. He set out to embark on a career aligned with environmental values by establishing a London-based clearance company with a robust social and environmental mission. Originating as a modest house clearance venture in Kingston upon Thames, initially operated by Brendan alone with a single truck for the initial 9 months, Just Clear has progressively expanded to become one of the leading clearance services in the UK.

Demand for their services was so great that franchising was the way forward. Ashtons consultant Charlie Dickson worked with the brand to provide ongoing advice and support on the franchise programme. Not only has franchising opened up more opportunities for UK coverage, but also for international growth in Ireland, Australia and the US.
